When your SO does a better job!
Wow, what can I said, she outshot me with the D50 and kit lens in the above photos. The last photo is dorky me with tripod and all, trying to get the "perfect shot"...lol :) For those who are curious, these was taken at Glacier National Park, east side, Montana after passing through Logan Pass. We were in late summer, but notice me wearing a jacket (and the shorts). GNP used to be covered in glaciers and snow hundreds and thousands of years ago, but as the Earth gets warmer, the glaciers have receded into only a few left. Only less than a hundred year, the glacier count was in a hundred. It is speculated that GNP will just be name only in a decade or so. The many lakes at GNP are actually created from melted glaciers.
